Subscription Plans
Monthly subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
Annual subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
After the refund window, no refunds are available. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Lifetime Subscriptions
Lifetime subscriptions (including the Zephyr Pass) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are available.
